-“VERRER Membership 선예매”는 VERIVERY OFFICIAL Weverse VERRER MEMBERSHIP (이하 “VERRER Membership”) 이용자가 일반 예매에 앞서 예매할 수 있는 방식입니다.

- VERRER Membership은 위버스샵(Weverse Shop) ‘VERIVERY OFFICIAL Weverse FANCLUB VERRER MEMBERSHIP 가입’ 페이지에서 가입이 가능합니다.

-위버스 선예매 참여 신청 관련 구매/환불/취소/변경과 같은 문의 사항은 위버스 고객센터를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 VERRER Membership에 가입된 회원에 한하여 진행됩니다.

- 선예매 참여를 희망하시는 VERRER Membership 이용자는 해당 기간 중 위버스(Weverse) 앱의 ‘공지’ 내 선예매 안내 게시물에서 참여 신청을 하셔야 합니다.

- 위버스(Weverse) 앱에서 선예매 참여 신청(1단계)를 마친 VERRER Membership 이용자는 상기 기간 내 인터파크 티켓 예매 페이지에서 ‘선예매 사전 인증’이 가능합니다.

- 선예매 인증 기간 내 인증을 완료하여야 선예매가 가능합니다.

[이메일 주소 및 이름] ‘VERRER Membership’ 가입 당시 입력하셨던 이메일 주소와 이름 그대로 입력 부탁드립니다.

-인터파크 티켓 계정 1개 당 선예매 참여 신청이 완료된 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 인증 완료 이후 타 계정으로의 변경은 불가합니다.

- 인증 완료 이후 탈퇴하시는 경우에도 재인증이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 만 14세 미만 고객님도 본인 명의의 인터파크 계정으로 예매해야 하며, 가족 및 법정 대리인 등 타인 명의의 계정을 사용한 대리 예매는 불가하오니 사전에 본인 명의의 인터파크 계정을 개설하시기 바랍니다.

- 구매 매수 제한 : 각 회차당 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다.

- 선예매 참여 신청(STEP 1), 선예매 사전 인증(STEP 2)을 모두 완료한 고객님들에 한하여 선예매 가능합니다.

- 선예매 참여 신청(STEP 1), 선예매 사전 인증(STEP 2)을 모두 완료하셨더라도 선예매 기간 내 선착순으로 좌석 예매를 완료하셔야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 고객님께서는 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다.

(Ex. 팬클럽 선예매 시 6월 24일(토) 회차 1매를 구매한 경우, 일반 예매 시 동일 회차 1매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다.)

- 팬클럽 선예매는 무통장 입금 및 카드 결제 모두 가능합니다. 단, 무통장 입금의 경우, 예매한 당일까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매하신 티켓은 자동적으로 취소가 됩니다.

[일반 예매 안내]

- 일반 예매는 2023년 6월 1일(목) 8PM 부터 진행됩니다.

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다.

- 일반 예매 매수 제한은 회차 당 1인 2매이며, 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다.

(Ex. 팬클럽 선예매 시 6월 24일(토) 6PM 회차 1매를 구매하셨을 경우, 일반 예매 시 동일 회차 1매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다. 다른 회차도 동일하게 적용됩니다.)

- 본인의 개인 정보가 아닌 타인의 정보를 이용하여 예매를 진행할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따르며 현장에서 입장이 불가합니다.

- 현장에서 티켓 수령 시, 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령이 절대 불가합니다. (직계 가족 & 타인 아이디로 예매 불가합니다.)

[예매 주의사항]

- 본 공연의 러닝 타임은 120분입니다.

- 본 공연은 만 7세 이상 관람가 (미취학아동 입장불가)입니다.

- 현장 티켓 수령 시 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령이 절대 불가합니다. (직계 가족 & 타인 아이디로 예매 티켓 수령이 불가합니다.)

- 본인 확인을 위하여 예매자 신분 확인이 가능한 실물 증빙자료를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 증빙자료를 준비하시지 않을 경우 티켓 수령이 불가합니다.

- 서류 미지참 시 발생하는 피해는 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사/주관사/예매처는 책임이

- 본 공연은 ‘인터파크 티켓’을 통해서만 예매할 수 있습니다. 예매처의 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓(개인 간의 거래)로 인한 피해와 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사/주관사/티켓 예매처에는 책임이 없습니다.

본인 사진 및 생년월일이 없는 학생증, 사원증, 국민건강보험증, 주민등록등본, 의료보험증, 공무원증, 기간이 만료된 여권, 기간이 만료된 외국인등록증, 기관장의 관인 및 투명 스티커가 부착 되어 있지 않은 청소년발급신청확인서 등

- 티켓 미소지자 고객님께서는 매표소에서 티켓을 먼저 수령해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 티켓 수령은 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 지참하신 예매자 본인만 수령이 가능합니다. (타인 수령&양도 불가입니다.)

- 모든 증빙 서류는 실물로 부탁드리며, 사진/캡처/사본 등으로는 확인이 불가합니다.

- 신분증에는 예매하신 고객의 사진이 부착되어 있어야 하며, 생년월일이 표기되어 있어야 합니다.

- 학생증에 생년월일이 표기되어 있지 않은 경우 학생증과 함께 주민등록등본, 여권, 의료보험증 등 1개의 추가 확인 서류를 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

-주민등록증발급신청확인서 및 청소년증발급신청확인서의 경우 사진을 포함한 인적사항, 발급번호, 유효기간에 투명 스티커를 덧붙여야 공문서로 인정하오니, 발급 시 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 상기 명시되어 있는 신분증 이 외의 다른 증빙 자료는 확인이 어렵습니다. 반드시 명시되어 있는 신분증으로 지참하여 공연장 방문 부탁드립니다.

- 본인 확인 과정에서 신분증 외에 추가적인 개인정보 확인이 이뤄질 수 있습니다.

- 실물 신분증을 지참하지 않으셨을 경우, 공연장 입장이 불가합니다.

[입장 안내]

- 공연장 입장은 공연 시작 30분 전부터 시작됩니다.

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위하여 예매 초기분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다.

배송된 티켓을 공연 일주일 전까지도 수령하지 못하였을 경우 ‘인터파크 티켓’ 고객센터로 반드시 사전 문의 부탁드립니다.

- 예매 전 ‘인터파크 티켓’에 등록되어 있는 예매자 정보를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 반송된 티켓은 공연 당일 매표소에서 현장 수령하셔야 하며, 현장 수령 시, 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 지참하신 예매자 본인만 수령이 가능합니다. 자세한 문의는 ‘인터파크 티켓’ 고객센터 이용을 부탁드립니다.

- 일괄배송 예매 마감 후 현장수령만 가능합니다.

- 6월 5일 오전 9시 이후 배송 주소지 변경 불가합니다. 이후 주소지 변경 및 티켓 취소 희망 시 수취 거절 혹은 티켓 반송 필요합니다.

[공연 관람 시 주의 사항]

- 사전 협의되지 않은 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 및 녹취, 라이브 중계 등은 절대 불가합니다.

적발 시 경고 없이 퇴장 조치되며, 퇴장 조치에 따른 환불은 불가합니다.

- 촬영된 모든 데이터는 압수 및 삭제 처리되며, 제재 중 생기는 기기의 훼손은 책임지지 않습니다.

- 좌석 간의 자리 이동은 불가합니다. 반드시 예매하신 좌석에서 관람해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 병, 캔, 폭죽, 레이저, 플래시 등 위험 물질과 뚜껑 있는 생수를 제외한 뚜껑 없는 음료, 음식들은 반입이 금지됩니다.

- 공연장 내 반려동물 입장은 불가하며, 타인의 공연 관람을 방해하거나 불편을 초래할 수 있는 꽃다발, LED 전광판 등은 반입이 금지됩니다.

- 공연장 내에서는 금연, 금주입니다. 적발 시 퇴장 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.

- 가급적 짐을 가볍게 하고 오시고, 공연장 내 분실물에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있으니 귀중품은 소지하지 않길 바랍니다.

특히 공연장 특성상 공연 종료 후 한꺼번에 출차가 진행되어 출차 시간이 많이 걸리며 귀가시간에 지장이 있을 수 있습니다. 또한 블루스퀘어 주차장 만차에 대비하여 인근 주차장 정보를 사전에 확인 후 방문해 주시기 바라며, 주차요금은 해당 주차장의 요금기준으로 적용됩니다.

- Presales is only available for customers who have completed both Presales Participation Application (STEP 1) and Presales Pre-Verification (STEP 2).

- Even if you have completed both the Presales Participation Application (STEP 1) and Presales Pre-Verification (STEP 2), you must complete the seat reservation on a first-come, first-served basis within the Presales period.

- Customers who purchased tickets via VERRER Membership Presales can purchase additional tickets within the General Sales purchase limit when purchasing tickets through General Sales.

(Ex. If you purchase one ticket through the VERRER Membership Presales for the June 24(Sat) concert, you may purchase one more ticket for the same date through the General Sales.)

- Fanclub Presales payment may be made via e-transfer or cards. However, in the case of e-transfer, the payment must be completed within the day of purchase, and if the payment is not completed within the period, the ticket you reserved will be automatically canceled.

[General Sales Notice]

- General Sales will begin on June 1, 2023 (Thu) 8PM (KST)

- General Sales will be made only for the seats remaining after the Fanclub Presales.

- General Sales is limited to two tickets per person (per show), and additional ticket purchases with the purchase limit through General Sales is available for those who have purchased tickets during the Fanclub Presales period.

(Ex. If you purchase one ticket through the VERRER Membership Presales for the June 24(Sat) concert, you may purchase one more ticket for the same date through General Sales.)

- If you make a reservation using someone else's information instead of your own, you will be held legally responsible and cannot enter the concert hall.

- When receiving the ticket on-site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets cannot be received under any circumstances if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (Reservations with your immediate family members’ and other people’s IDs are prohibited.)

- Please take note of this and make sure to proceed with reservation with the ID of the person attending.

[Precautions for Reservations]

- The running time of this performance is 120 minutes.

- This performance is for those over 7 years of age (not allowed for preschoolers).

- When receiving the ticket on-site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets cannot be received under any circumstances if the ticket recipients name and the reserved name differ. (Reservations with your immediate family members and other people’s IDs are prohibited.)

Please take note of this and make sure to proceed the reservation with the ID of the person attending.

- Please bring physical evidence that can confirm the reserved person's identity for identification.

Tickets cannot be received if you do not prepare the evidence.

- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the Organizer/ Host/Booking Office is not responsible.

- In the case of e-transfers, reserved ticket will be automatically canceled if the payment is not completed within the specified period.

- This performance is sold exclusively at the INTERPARK TICKET reservation. In case of tickets that have not been officially processed by the reservation site (i.e. individual transactions), you are solely responsible for the resulting damage, and the Organizer, Host or Booking Office is not responsible.

- If you book or purchase a ticket using an illegal method, you may be subject to ticket cancellation or legal action regardless of the reason.

- If you lose or damage the ticket you received, you can never reissue, cancel, or refund it, so please keep the ticket safe.

[On-site Ticket Pick-up]

- The ticket office is open from 1 hour before the start of the performance to 30 minutes after the performance begins. (Times may change depending on the situation on-site.)

- Identification will be conducted when receiving tickets on-site. Tickets cannot be received under any circumstances if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (Tickets reserved with your immediate family members’ and other people's IDs cannot be picked up.)

- Please note this and make sure to proceed the reservation with the ID of the person attending.

- Make sure to bring physical evidence that can confirm yourself for identification. Tickets cannot be received if you do not prepare evidence. (You can’t check your identity with scans, photos, screenshots, or copies.)

- Audience who purchased tickets illegally or through personal transfers are not allowed to enter.

[Identification Document]

You must bring the reservation statement (printed or through the mobile page) and real ID card with your own picture and date of birth for the identify check.

[Unaccepted Identification Card]

Student ID(without one’s picture and DOB), Employee ID, National Health Insurance Card, Resident Registration Copy, Medical Insurance Card, Public Official Card, Expired Passport, Expired Foreigner Registration Card and Confirmation of application for issuance of Youth Card without an Official Seal of the Head of the Agency and Transparent Sticker, etc.

- If you don't have a ticket, please receive the ticket first at the ticket office.

- Tickets can only be received by the person who brought his or her real ID card and a reservation statement. (Tickets cannot be received by or transferred to others.)

- All documents must be in original copies and identification cannot be done with photos/captures/copies etc.

- The ID Card must have a picture of the person who made the reservation, and the date of birth must be indicated.

- If the date of birth is not indicated on the Student ID, please bring an additional one of the following confirmation documents : Resident Registration Copy, Passport, and Medical Insurance Card.

- In the case of the Confirmation of application for issuance of Resident Registration Card and Confirmation of application for issuance of Youth Card, personal information, issuance number, a valid date, and a clear verification sticker must all be present to be valid, so please take note of this.

- It is difficult to verify without the identification card specified above. Please bring one of the indicated documents above when visiting the concert hall.

- During the identification process, additional personal information may be asked in addition to the ID Card.

- If you don't bring your real ID Card, you cannot enter the concert hall.

[Notice of Entry]

- Admission to the concert hall starts 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

- Entrances after the performance begins may be controlled.

- You cannot receive a new ticket in the event of ticket damage of loss, and you will not be allowed to enter without a physical ticket under any circumstance.

- When entering, you cannot enter unless you have one ticket per person.

- Entrance may be delayed due to the situation on-site, so please arrive at the concert hall in a relaxed manner.

[Ticket Delivery]

- In order to prevent crowding on the day of the performance, the initial reserved ticket delivery will be operated by collective delivery.

- If you have not received the delivered ticket one week before the performance, please contact the INTERPARK TICKET Customer Service Center in advance.

- Please make sure to check the reservation information registered in INTERPARK TICKET before booking.

- Any tickets returned to the sender must be received on-site at the ticket office on the day of the performance, and you must bring supporting documents when receiving on-site. For more information, please use the INTERPARK TICKET Customer Service Center.

- Tickets are only available for pick-up on-site after the batch delivery reservation period.

- Addresses for deliveries cannot be changed after May 31st. If you wish to change the address or cancel your ticket after the mentioned date, you must either refuse the delivery or return the ticket.

[Cancellation and Refund]

[Precautions for Performance]

- Voice recording, taking pictures and recording videos that have not been discussed in advance is not allowed in any circumstance. If caught, you may be sanctioned and sent off by the security personnel without refunds.

- All recorded data will be confiscated and deleted, and we are not responsible for any damage to the device in stopping the recording.

- You cannot move from your designated seat. Please make sure to watch the performance from the seat you reserved.

- Bringing dangerous substances such as bottles, cans, firecrackers, lasers, and flashes, or foods and drinks without lids except bottled water are prohibited.

- There are absolutely no smoking and no drinking in the concert hall. You will be sent off if caught.

- Please come with your luggage as light as possible and do not carry valuables because you are responsible for lost items in the concert hall.

- It is expected that there will be a severe traffic jam on the day of the performance, so we highly recommend using public transportation. Tickets cannot be changed or refunded if you are unable to enter due to traffic conditions or parking problems.

- Please keep order and follow the guidance of our staff to enjoy the show.

- We ask for your active cooperation for a pleasant performance.

[Notice of Operating the Storage]

- There will be free separate storage of goods in the concert hall. Due to the risk of losing valuables, please visit the concert hall with as little luggage as possible.

[Discount for the Disabled and Those of National Merit]

■ Discount for the Disabled - Level 1~3: 20% discount for two people including oneself

■ Discount for the Disabled. Level 4~6: 20% discount for oneself

[Parking]

Parking fee of 5,000 KRW for 4 hours is charged only for concertgoers.

Please note that the parking lot at Blue Square is always full and traffic around the venue is very congested, so it may take a long time to park. Therefore, we strongly recommend using public transportation. In particular, due to the nature of the venue, the exit after the performance may take a long time, which may affect your return time. Also, please check nearby parking information in advance, as the Blue Square parking lot may be full, and parking fees will be applied according to each parking lot's rate.
